Get Involved in Community

There are many ways to 'lean in' to community at St John's - and it starts with serving!

Without the incredible serving teams at our church every week people would not be finding the life, love and freedom Jesus offer.

I'd like to serve

If you’d like to join our mission and play an important role in these teams, let us know by completing your ministry opportunities survey below.

We’re here to help you use your God-given gifts to serve others.

Newcomer's Lunches

We’d love to connect with you and help welcome you as you join our church. Join us at our Newcomer Lunches for a warm and welcoming environment where you can meet members of our church community.

Our team will be available to share their experiences, answer your questions, and provide insights into our ministries and activities.

Enjoy a meal, meet other newcomers, and discover the various ways you can get involved and connected within our church.

Women's Ministry

We run activities for women to help build a community of women of all ages within our church and enable times to share faith and life with each other in order to support and encourage one another.

Activities include dinners, a high tea event, walking groups, the Women’s Convention in Katoomba and Equip conference.

Men's Ministry

We run activities to help establish friendship, support and fellowship among men, to develop a sense of community and to share the joys and challenges of being working men, husbands, fathers and members of the church.

Activities include dinners, working bees, Father’s Day breakfast, sporting events and the Men’s Convention in Katoomba.

Growth Groups

Be known, cared for – go deeper in faith and friendship. Growth groups are the best way to dig into community at St John’s.

Community Events

There are often a range of upcoming events at St John’s Beecroft, we’d love to have you join us.
